    6” lift 35x12.50x22
    So I blew my 4.0 motor in my Tacoma. Really wanting to do a 5.3 swap. So question is does anyone know what all Is required to make this happen? Any help is appreciated. Thanks

    I’d go to fix the 4.0. If you wanna swap then get an older year 5.3 and replace what’s necessary. Add a 4l80e trans. The most difficult part will be wiring.

    I was told that there is a conversion kit, that basically I’d be able to drop the motor in on aftermarket motor mounts and bolt it to my transmission. Is there any truth to that?

    I’m pretty sure the 5.3 and other LS engines have the same mounting brackets so you should be good on finding stuff out there. Just find a company that uses quality materials
