Bought a 2001 Tacoma

Hello! I bought a 2001 Tacoma 4x4 regular cab from a young kid last year. He, unfortunately, ran into the back of his friend’s Jeep and bent the frame on the Tacoma so it was already not driveable. I bought it from him with the intent of putting the 3RZ into another project car. Have done little to the truck. Still complete with the e-locker rear end. Front end and hood is trashed. Planned to part the truck out but haven’t done that yet. Truck is green with beige cloth interior. Will post pics later in the wanted/for sale section, if I’m allowed. Truck has 195k miles. Seems to be in great shape otherwise. Thought I’d at least introduce myself. I live near Winston-Salem N.C.

Thank Joey for letting me know. Just thought I would let those who need parts know I have a rather good condition Tacoma that’s not going back on the road. So you’re saying it would better if I use my local Craigslist even though the forum “wants” list mentions needs for some of the parts my Tacoma has?

Joey, you’re absolutely right. I’ve been on other forums and done buying, selling, teaching and asking questions, so I understand there are forum rules. I also figure I will collect a few pics of the truck and post them as well. I’ve been doing more “lurking” than anything else. Lots of good threads on just about anything one could want to discuss.
