So this morning when my elderly employee came in I said:
"Good, morning Mr. _____. How are you doing this morning?"

To which he replied:
"I'm doing fine. You going to have a better attitude today?"

To which I replied:
"Excuse me!?"

And he just kept walking into the office. When he came back out, I just walked to the truck and drove back to the main gate. I told my supervisor Mr. ____ still has an attitude problem. Appearantly that makes 4 times now. 2 with me, one with another Lieutenant (like me) and another with a regular security officer. This guy is a Sergeant and he's not from our site. He's just.here to fill in during turn around. He needs to go. Btw those other two people he got krunk with were women. Unacceptable.

In other news I found part one of my ultimate headlight upgrade today on my front step when I got home from work.

Now I'm just waiting for the bulbs.

And my fuel injectors (still processing since the 21st)
And my Triple C t-shirt.

 

Can't, he's a senior citizen. Would be a capital crime.

 

Yeah, if he feels that it's okay to talk back like that he needs some wall-to-wall counseling.

He's old, so just use one wall.

 

I suspect they are just going to wait for the turn-around to end and let him go back to be someone else's problem.

I've actually had 3 employees raise their voices at me over nothing in the last week or so. They all share 2 common threads.
1. they are all old people (one actually got fired for sleeping, another called in sick last night after being off all weekend. I call BS)
