What: 2019 New England/Northeast Meet

When: Sunday, August 18th, 2019 12-5pm

Where: Ludlow Massachusetts Fish and Game Pavilion, 200 Sportmans Road, Ludlow MA 01056


Ok folks, the plans are finalized, the place is secured, and the waiting is over. On Sunday August 18th from the hours of 11:30am to 5 PM TacomaWorld will be having the 2019 Northeast/New England meet. This will be a rain or shine event. It will be held at the Ludlow Massachusetts Fish and Game Pavilion and field in Ludlow MA. The address is 200 Sportmans Road, Ludlow MA 01056. It is right off of Exit 7 off of the Mass Pike. This will be a family friendly event to show off your Trucks, take pictures, and meet the great people you have been speaking to over the forums. We will also be raffling off a number of prizes and donations at the meet as well. I spoke with @tcBob (Please Sticky this thread) about this. 100% of all proceeds of the raffle will be donated to "Autism Speaks" in TacomaWorlds name. The raffle tickets will be $20 for 5 or $5 apiece. I will be speaking with many Vendors on TW as well as local vendors to see if they would like to donate to the raffle. If anyone has any games such as Cornhole, Jarts, or otherwise, please let me you if you can bring them so I can secure a space to play. Also if anyone would like to help volunteer with the activities at the meet just PM me and any help would be greatly appreciated. The beverages will be served from an outside cash bar but it is extremely reasonable. Let's make this a big one!
We are also making up some T-shirts for the event and taking Pre-orders for $10. Just let me know if you would like one and what size in your post so we can give it to you at the meet and @LivinLoud will be contacting you for payment. We will also be selling them at the meet for $12.

● We will have a huge Pavilion for both sun protection and if it rains.
● Grills for cooking which there will be Hamburgers and Hot dogs.
● We will also have our own Bartender and Bathrooms. The Bartender will be serving both Non-alcoholic and Alcoholic beverages (no byob please due to liability). $2 for draft beer, $3-4 for other alcoholic drinks, $1 sodas.
● Raffle to benefit "Autism Speaks"
● There will be a swap meet table to buy and sell mods, used parts, and things you have lying around to benefit others in the pursuit of improving their vehicles.
● RTI (Ramp Travel Index) articulation ramp has been secured to measure your trucks suspension articulation. This will be provided by Endangered Species Offroad in Holyoke MA. Official RTI scores will be tallied and pictures will be taken of your rig on the ramp.
● Lia Toyota will be at the meet and bringing with them a 2019 Tacoma Pro FX 540 TRD supercharged.
● New England Overland Outfitters will be there with and fully loaded offroad trailer with Tepui tent.
