I would go the carbide route if you are cutting aluminum. Hopefully your router has a variable speed. You don't want to go to fast with the rpm's.

I'm looking for plate bumpers for front and rear if anyone has any good deals. I have some time to look for a deal. I want something similar to ARB for front, and high clearance swing out for rear. If anyone comes across anything please send it my way.

    Good looking out!
Maybe it is just the picture, but that thing looks huge! Not really the look I'm after but depends on price.

That looks sharp! How big is a pain in the ass to get that spare down? Always like those American flags on the side windows in the back on the 4runners.

Well I’m looking for help and direction. I currently bought the Prinsu rack. I just received it By UPS today and they packed it with metal shavings and the powder coat it’s scratched off in spots I’ve already contacted them by email. should I return it and just go with somebody else? I just feel to the price that I paid. It should have been pack better and more care taken.

Such is the struggle with buying heavy things that are powdercoated. I don't have any personal experience buying powdercoated things, but I've read about lots of people who had the same gripes. I've always bought my stuff as bare metal and painted it myself. My intentions were to offroad my truck and knew the stuff would get scratched anyway. Touching up with spray paint is a lot easier than powedercoat. Your intentions may be different.

Best advice I can give is to see what they say. Maybe they'll send you a touch up kit. I dunno. Expect any company you go with to have some sort of scratches or chips in the finish. Some may have more than others. It depends on the level of packaging they do. I totally get where you're coming from though. It's disheartening to see scuffs, scrapes, chips when these parts aren't cheap
