Anybody know if there is a difference with the engine control modules on a 49 state vehicle vs. a California CARB vehicle?
The reason I ask is related to the O2 sensors and the required voltage reading ranges, are there differences? The catalytic converters are different between the two, just need to know if the module is expecting different readings. My engine is actually CARB compliant according the sticker on the hood but I put a 49 state emissions cat on it. Will my engine control module know the difference?
