    Hi all,

My truck is coming in a few weeks and I'd like to have floor liners lined up and ready to go for the delivery date. The general consensus seems to be that the x act contours are the way to go, but Husky doesn't even show them on their website as being compatible for the front seats. I'm also not seeing anything anywhere saying that they're compatible with a manual transmission.

Does anyone have these in the front with a manual 3rd gen? Do they need to be modified to fit in any way?

    Thanks

Husky makes their weather beaters for a Manual truck, I just ordered a set and I'm happy with them.

Ill third this. I love mine. They are rigid enough to clean very easily but soft enough where they dont feel like plastic shells. Amazing pickup for the upcoming rainy season.

I have weather techs in my manual. But I doubt there's a difference in the floor wells between automatic and manual.

    Perfect. Weatherbeaters it is then.

Any difference would be in behind the clutch pedal. Floor mats from an auto trans might need to be cut and I don’t wanna go down that road.

    Fresh gas.
I liked the coverage of the Weathertechs for an auto Transmission, and they looked the same as the manual or very close, except that they sit higher up on the trans tunnel.

I took a chance and ordered the floor mat for the auto. Its a little bit wider than the dead pedal, but doesn't get in the way of my clutch.

You ordered the weathertechs for an auto? Was there a reason for that? They’re available for manuals.

It looked from the pictures that the coverage for the autos was better, because everyone is paranoid about floormats interfereing with clutches and gas pedals.

I was right, the coverage for the auto floor mats is better than the manuals.

I went Weatherbeater front and X-Act Contour rear with my 2017 TRD OR 6MT. There *can* be some issues with fully engaging the clutch pedal when starting the engine, but I've gotten used to them and don't have that issue anymore. I really like these mats.

She corrected herself. Those are the weatherbeaters.

There actually is a difference. The left hand side of the foot well has a 'foot rest' which is wider on the Automatics then the Manuals. My MT truck came with the factory all weather liners, but my foot would rub and move the liner when I pushed on the clutch. I looked it up on Toyota and the port put the wrong ones in. My dealer had to order the correct ones.

You can see the difference from these two screen shots
