I have a 2003 2.7 automatic and the back lights for the speedometer and fuel gauge work fine but the ones for the tac and temp. gauge do not. I changed out all bulbs with new Phillips LED bulbs but those two lights still do not work. Any suggestions?

Did you try reversing the bulbs? You might have the polarity reversed.

No, I'll have to take it back apart to do so if you think that's it.

It’s one possible solution, but no guarantee that it is the problem. I’m far from an expert on that sort of thing.

I wonder if the circuit board has a shirt in it and if so can it be fixed?

For sure try flipping the bulbs around. With led polarity matters

Have you reversed the bulbs yet? Polarity does matter with leds since they are diodes current only flows one way.
