Running OR lights wire....

Avid bar..just curious what some of you guys have done to run the lights wiring from the bar to the cabin. Pics would be helpful. I want a very clean look...

Thoughts?

Two Hella Rallye 4000 lights......

 

Run wires along existing wire harness. Use wire loom to protect the wires. Use the grommet next to the steering shaft to access the cabin.

 

What about from the bar? I have considered drilling small holes on the bar and running the wire that way to the front of the truck. Again, looking for a clean run.

 

Check out my DIY running lights in my signature for ideas. Also, you can check out my bed lights for pics of the grommet in the firewall...you should power them off the battery if they are lights and not LEDs.

 

If you drill into the bar, that's the place it will rust first.
Seal the holes with silicone caulk. That'll slow it down.

 

my wires come off the lights and go into the opening in the bumper. I used small wire looms to cover the wires.
