Do you need a VERY FINE temporary home to put on your property while you build? I'm not just saying this because #1 son rebuilt this ground up, it is a fantastic piece of building. Kitchen is full of not cheap Ikea, and more. We celebrated a Christmas in it. The HVAC is SILENT, and efficient. It HAS to get off his property for him to continue on in his trek from the next home. He has interested people, but no one will move it. Do you have an investment property? Or one you want to sit on , and not wait?

That's kind of the deal, and I have no idea! Imagine a driveway that looks like a HF trail, but it's not as steep as Triple C driveway. But I figured, if any group could figure it out, it would be this one. @Nopro, our professional hauler? @Bigdaddy4760 , man with several trucks?

What year model is the mobile home?

 

Well, that is a question - I can re-ask. It was quite far gone when they bought, and got them a discount.
It's currently "not even a mobile home, but an appliance" for tax and purchase purposes. It was on the land when he bought it, he build his first habitat home next to it. It was barely a shell, but the frame was still intact. It is a ground up restoration, with the exception of a few wall frames. Floor up, new exterior, new roof. They did it while they built the third house, because he could. I can try to find out the model, but I doubt anyone knows. I can get the dimensions for sure. The wood decorative on the front is removeable, but looks real nice in the trees.

 

It would have to be pulled with a house moving truck. They will need exterior dimensions and a gross weight estimate. Most of the people in that line of work are better drivers than I am, I take out trees like I get paid to. Probably could be done easily since it was brought up there to begin with.

 

Thanks bud. I think it has been there longer than many of the trees, but it's really a clear path (rough) after it gets pulled straight out. I have asked my son now many of these questions he might have answered already, and I know he can get me dimensions. It's an old single wide, that he didn't make bigger, just built it better in the same space.
