House is good. Previous owners didn't know how to do anything correctly and they had either a dog or cat because there is fur in all the paint on the walls and we had to pull all the carpet because it smelled horrid and when we pulled it we found where animal piss soaked all the way into the sub-flooring. We are painting all the walls and baseboards right now and then are installing laminate wood flooring in the whole upstairs and re-carpeting the stairs since the flooring downstairs and upstairs won't match, plus dogs running up stairs with a landing tends to end up with scratched flooring.

That’s why they make the 450 Bushmaster. Unless you live within city limits, then your stuck with live traps.

Paid over what it appraised for actually. Just spent less in closing costs than we initially thought we would have to spend.

Understandable. If you go the trapping route remember they’re smart little bastards, and mean.

Only reason why I dont like trapping and releasing is cause all youre doing is making him someone elses problem. Hes used to digging in garbage and eating from birdfeeders, and thats what he'll continue to do.

I’d probably go trapping method at that point. I’m skeptical that a pellet gun would put a raccoon down. You’d pop him once and he’d scurry off injured. IMHO you have to be humane, even when you put a pest or varmint down.

It’s nice, but I didn’t pay that much for my ‘02. Wonder why they don’t show the right side?
