As @glorifiedwelder said, drill the factory rivets and use new rivets or screws. I used rivets on mine. My gas door scraped a little when I open (just before fully open), so I should drill out the rivet to put a washer under it at some point. It isn't high priority though. I had to open up the hole a lot to get the plastic part that the neck slips into to fit and sit flush. I did all my fitting with files, and it took me over an hour (file, check, mark, repeat).

I used the same 4Runner part to extend the neck up to the hole, as @jeff b. I think @Coot83 used it as well.

What sliders are you running? I was running the Mobtown bolt-on sliders but had to take them off because the fiberglass was making hard contact in front of the rear wheels.

I used the same 4Runner hose but I did have to trim it a little to stop it from kinking

Did you need anything else to make that work or just the hose? I have rivets for the insert and just ordered the hose.

I can’t remember if I needed another hose clamp for some reason. But I also extended the other thin tube with a piece of tubing and small hose clamps.
Also the 4Runner hose was just a little too long so I shoved my fuel tube deeper than it’s supposed to go and it fucked up the 4Runner hose after about two months and I could no longer fuel up the truck.
    So don’t do that.

I think it’s a vent for emissions?? Not for sure. But if you leave it open I’m pretty sure you’ll get a check engine light.

You don't 'need' anything else but some hose helps. The larger of the other two hoses goes to the evap system. The thinner hose is the tank vent. The larger hose was a tight stretch on my access cab, so I made a longer hose. The thinner hose is kind of tight too, but straightening out the metal pipe coming down gave enough slack. You can't reuse the factory clamp that attached the OEM filler hose to the frame bracket. I slit an extra piece of hose to slide over the bracket and zip-tied everything in place.

Looks good. Hoping to start making progress on mine again soon. Been sitting with just the dash bar done for a few weeks now.

Truck sat for a while at his shop but he’s knock it out. Will be done next week and I’ll pick it up next Saturday. He has another double cab there getting a secret kit...

I need a cage. I’m too dumb to make one and too cheap to buy one.

That’s my height with 255’s and blown out oem leaves and I believe your springs are somewhat new. Was thinking it would raise the rear more but id be happy with that lower stance. How much weight are you carrying?

Only weight when I measured it was with a full size spare tire. I've got a bit of "Bro-Lean" going because I am 2WD with 4 inch lift spindles in the front so that may be the reason my back is the same height as yours.....just a guess though.
