I'm not too educated in the suspension system but i want to install the 1/4 inch spacer to cure the lean on my 19 OR. If the suspension is stock other than the addition of the spacer..do i need to have a front end alignment?

    Yes.
They have a crappy factory alignment anyway.
Alignment is covered under warranty for 1 year.

Anytime you pull apart your front end its a good idea. Mark your alignment bolts on disasembly. Some guys will say if you do this and are only going with a small spacer there should be no need for an alignment. Tires arent cheap tho.

You can also ask an alignment shop to CHECK your alignment afterwards to see if it is within spec.
