I think you'll be happy with it. I know I was!

Sears links, like their business model, appear to be jacked-up. (@TheFang posted the same one I did, and neither is currently working for me.)

The hyperlink even reads, craftsman 5 ton ratcheting puller..... @Norton, I tried your link, same home page. Whatever, we all know the product we're talking about lol. Moral of the story being, get a solid puller.

I’ve been data logging my new setup with the 2.7 quick change pulley & AFE Magnum Force intake, with the TRD tune and Deatschwerks 255 pump.

AFRs still flatline at about 11.9 like they did before the intake and pulley. The runway runs out quick to test multiple solid pulls. I’m not sure the AFRs drop down as quickly as they did before, still need to log more data.

Factory O2's wont read below 11.96AFR just FYI. You're richer than the factory sensors will report.

I was unaware of that, good to know. Makes sense why they flatline at 11.9. Looks like I need to get my gauges installed.

Is this a limitation of the ECU or the sensor?

Great question. I've only read the AFR or Lambda output. I'll log the voltage and see. I'm not sure at this time. Thanks for asking!

Didn't you have the newer AFE intake?

I just heard back from URD, their kit does come with a sock / strainer. For the record.

They also say "The stock belt works just fine" with a 2.7 pulley...

    I have both. :anonymous:

I went with the Magnum Force after not liking how large the Momentum GT was in there and the reduced access to the dip stick. I saw it on @White lightning boosted truck before I installed it. My boost setup is a bit more conservative so the largest possible CIA wasn’t a must have for me. I now have it for sale locally brand new in box.

Wow, that’s interesting if the stock belt size works fine with a 2.7.....

If I'm swapping pulleys I'm due for a new one anyway. Think I could convince Toyota to spring for it since I'm still under warranty?

[Edit] Also... this IS the stock pulley and not a stealth, right?

Highly doubtful that they will replace the belt......but you could try!! The URD stealth pulley has the same info inscribed on it as the stocker. You could measure it....
Edit, definitely looks like you need a belt

You can tell by the material the pulley is made from. Is it steel or aluminum?

I think you need to measure it. I thought the URD stealth pulleys were made of steel as well.

Looking for $300 local pickup, or if buyer wants to pay shipping, but I don’t think shipping will be cheap.

That is stock. Stock pulley is stamped 3.00, URD stealth pulley is stamped 3.0.

Shit bolted onto other shit, and junk.
From my research thus far, the OE sensor is a binary or narrow band sensor that loses significant accuracy outside of the ranges of 12-16. The wide band sensors are coated with a chemical substance to sustain accurate reading across a wider band with a very linear display of O2 readings from around 8-18 AFR. The chemical reaction with oxygen molecules allows for electric conduction provided to the sensor in terms of voltage back to the computer. I have read you should NEVER make any fuel trim adjustments off a narrow band sensor due to the inaccuracy outside of its band. This is typically managed by the ECU going into an open loop fueling situation once those AFRs are reached. Just like JustDSM stated above the AFR you are seeing is not accurate and the ECU goes into an open loop. It also does this prior to the sensor reaching a minimal temperature at startup.
