Hey all, been trying to plan out some camping/fishing trips and was hoping for some local knowledge on several roads/trails and possible closures. Does anyone know if corral creek rd off of goose creek rd is open down to the river or is it gated right after the intersection? Also, I've heard conflicting stories on longwater gulch and its potential closure at the county line. If there are other ppssible routes down into that area I would appreciate the advice as well. Thanks

You'll probably draw more responses in the BS thread. The trail is officially closed at the county line, though the best way to confirm this for yourself is to call the NF Ranger District office (and reference the MVUM):

We also had a thread started to discuss closures in general, but it hasn't seen activity in a while and tends to fall off the front page:

    Metberry Gulch is an option.
