Tacoma convert 4 lug to 5 lug?

2013 Tacoma Reg Cab (white) ; SOLD: 2009 Tacoma DBL Cab (black)

Hey guys! I just picked up a 2013 Tacoma regular cab (low suspension). I sold my 2009 Tacoma which was a prerunner double cab.

Two things I hate about this new truck is:

1. Truck height (it sits too low compared to my 2009 prerunner double cab)
2. This trucks wheels uses 5 lugs instead of 6 lugs. This trucks wheel patter is 5X114.3 and I want to put on 2019 tacoma wheels which lug pattern is 6X139.7

A friend of mine showed a conversion thing that looks like a spacer. But I'm not sure about those. Has anyone ever used those? Are they junk?
