I have a 2017 DCOR and installing RCI sliders on it. Couple questions.

    1. Did anyone notice if the back seems slightly lower than the front. I pushed it up and tightened the bottom bolt before the side ones but the back seems just a bit lower. Probably not an issue but curious.

    2. How many side bolts did you get in? I only found 3 places where the supplied bolt would go through the frame holes. Other options exist on the passenger side but the frame holes are too small for the supplied bolts. I can buy some smaller ones but wondering if I'm missing something. That's 3 not counting the two front ones on the bracket or the ones through the electrical box thingy. No extra holes on the driver's side though.

    3. Do the bolts need to be torqued? The bottom one in the frame cross beam was REALLY tight. No way I'll get it back that tight without a serious wrench. Do I need to get it that tight again?

Also, what did you do to secure this piece of conduit? I had to break off the clip holding it and the hole is behind the slider frame plate now anyway. Was thinking a zip tie but I don't see a place to zip it to.

I drilled tapped a small hole in the mounting plate then bolted on a P-clamp.

Thanks. Do you mean a hole in the slider itself or through the frame or frame and slider? I'm not pulling it back off to drill a hole though and going through the frame seems risky as I'll likely miss and drill one of those lines.

    Got a pic?

I went through the slider mount and frame but I have Demello sliders so I had to drill the frame for the mounting bolts anyway. If you're averse to drilling through the frame (totally understandable) you can loosen the mounting bolts, just drill through the mounting plate, and stop when you hit the frame. That should provide plenty of thread to hold a p-clamp. I don't have a pic off-hand but I should be able to get one for you later.

I know this is an old thread, but I was wondering if you were able to fix the issue with back of your slider being lower than the front? I'm having the same issue with my RCI sliders.

Also, what did you end up doing with the piece of conduit?

    Thanks!

Following up on the conduit. If anyone has resolved this issue, it will be appreciated.
