I am in the research phase of building a Solar generator for camping. I came across some of the BB-2590 rechargeable Lithium Ion Batteries. What are the drawbacks or benefits of using these batteries in the solar generator? I already have a portable solar charger to use with these batteries and thought it would be an easy build, but wanted to reach out to others with more experience to get thoughts and info from.

Here is the DATA sheet from the batteries.

And here is a link to the Solar kit that I already have. to charge the batteries.

These are only 19.8 Ah and only a 10A max discharge. Look at LiPOS4 cells. I just made a 12V battery out of 4 cells for my small trailer and will be connecting them to my solar setup.
90Ah and can be cycled well over 1000 times. You can draw them down to 10% over and over (82Ahs) and they comeback for more. 300Amps continuous for 18 mins ,yes that is overkill
as far as capacity and I will never use it but with that much headroom the battery will just loaf along. Just took it out this past weekend after I finished it and came back with 60% charge after running everything.

Thanks for the info. I am going to have to research a little more before I jump on building this.
