Good luck I’ve really have tightened my diet recently lost some good weight now I’m at a plateau. Just need to workout harder once it comes back.

They don't do lashes anymore, and they stopped hard labor halfway through my service, but they still had "corrective training" and "extra duty." You did NOT want either of those lol

 

That’s kinda where I’m at too. I’m only about 5 lbs heavier than when I graduated high school, so I wouldn’t mind putting on some lean size. The problem is, I have rediscovered distance running and I enjoy it. Hoping to get two 6 milers in this week. It’s hard to build size when I do so much cardio.

 

Why not all these millennials joining don't have their mommy to hold their hand

 

Or digging foxholes from 0630-2330 Monday through Friday, 0900-1700 on weekends.

 

They learn or they get the boot.

 

That’s also my downfall no cardio I started it this week. If you want some good heavy an high volume advice I’d share my workout regime with you. Also Alex has had some great results with what he’s doing.

I've been using the elliptical for cardio. I get 15 minutes in each workout as a warm-up

I filled sandbags for three weeks, because my soldier got in trouble lol

 

I like that also, I did like a step class tonight I almost lost my lunch.

 

I like the low-impact of it. Going hard on the bike or running kills my back, not so much on the elliptical.

 

I got caught shaming

 

All this fitness talk has made me hungry.
