Don't know. I don't have the time to pull it apart right now either.

the other 2 are redundant feedback sensors, motor is the pink and blue wires. Measure between pins 1 and 2, should get 0.3 to 100 ohms according to the FSM.

Was the butterfly valve stuck? Or just not going past ~20% open?

Maybe you need to relearn the TPS. Turn the key in. Press and hold the pedal to the floor. Wait 5 seconds and then off. Wait 2 seconds and repeat 3x. Then turn the key off, then start it up. Might take a try to two

It did not appear to be stuck to me. The throttle body was plugged in and sitting on the fan shroud when I noticed this.
Basically I'm wondering if that because the air filter housing and MAF sensor were removed from the system with the key on and the engine off when I push the throttle to the floor it did not open up any more than maaaybe 20%.

If you unplugged them and the key was on the TPS definitely needs to be relearned

The MAF was the only thing disconnected with the key on.
    I'll try the tps reset.
@Lawfarin Larry, have you seen our brother Darryl?

Lol, that show started before I was born. But I heard about it. I know a Darryl that could probably play the part.

Keep me posted on the relearn!

@Lawfarin that tps relearn seems to have done something. I haven't felt that flat spot as it were and the throttle response seems to be better.
    Thanks.
