Bad steering rack bushings? Video uploaded

Lately I started having a clunking noise whenever I turn the steering wheel and accelerate.
I replaced both outer tie rods and checked the inner joints for play.

When I shake the tires at the 3 and 9 positions, it looks like the whole steering rack is moving. Could it be the bushings are shot or the whole rack?

I’ll recheck the inners. How do I check the rack guide? Which ball joint are you talking about?
Also not a lot of these replacement parts available for 3rd gens, They don’t even make poly bushings for these.

 

I certainly hope so. I just talked to energy suspension and currently there are no bushings available for the 3rd gen and they have not been able to test if the 2nd gen ones fit yet.

 

Still under warranty? My 2017 had a bad steering rack.

 

I didn't watch the video, so didn't know he had a lot of mods. Ya, no way they will warranty.
