i know nothing about the performance of the sub, amp, or wiring but the sub and box by themselves seem to be around $230 from a quick search so price wise it seems like a good deal. I have seen the box in in somebodys double cab with the plastic removed. Ill try to find the thread.

The sub is great, the amp is trash.

I have the 12” version of that sub and I love it

The amp on the other hand... Rockville has always been one of the brands I just hate to see get brought into my shop. Right along with BOSS and Planet Audio

And Rockville wiring is awful. The cheapest undersized CCA they could make. The RCA’s always pick up engine noise.
I’ll install whatever amp someone brings me but I won’t touch Rockville wiring anymore (same goes for boss and any other cheap garbage)

I don’t have much experience with the car amplifier and wiring. Thanks for the advice.

Now I’m thinking about the KKicker Key180.4.
But I have no idea about the t-harness.

Any easy plug and play solution for this?

    Once again, thank you Destin!

That subwoofer will actually fit in the bin if you’re willing to trim the lip of the bin so the woofer surrounds don’t rub against the lip. I would recommend the trimming compared to removing because once you remove that bin you will hear a significant amount of wind noise from the ports in the back cab wall. A dremel tool and about 5 minutes is all it takes.

    Thanks for your advice.
I change my plan go with Kicker Key180.4 only, no sub. But I'll put some Noico sound deadening back there, I already did four doors.

I am now waiting for my Kicker Key coming this weekend from Crutchfield.

    Thank you all
