I have a 4 inch drop bracket lift I wanted to get rid of those spacers in the back so I got some leaf springs that are supposed to give a 3-inch lift but it seems like it's a bit more than 3 inches. I want to level the truck out don't like the raked look. Just eyeballing things how much lift do I have in the back, is there a way to measure? for reference I'm running 305 60s on 18 inch rims

Measure from the center of the wheel hub to the bottom of the fender wheel well.
May need to remove a leaf from that leaf pack

Is that first picture with the truck on the ground? What are the angles of your shackles once on the ground, as they should be angled toward the back of the truck, they may have flipped while up the stands. what type of leafs did you buy for a replacement, because I wouldn't remove a leaf out of a 3 leaf pack. I'd imagine that after a few months the back end would settle as well.

Have you driven it around to see if it settles out? On my 2009 Silverado, it had 5" blocks in the rear that I didn't like so I got some 5" lift leaf springs and it ended up lifting it 6" and never really settled out. I ended up going 1" higher in the front since the 35's were still rubbing slightly and that leveled it and got rid of the rub.

what leafs are those, they do not look like they are for that truck. did you get 98+ leafs instead of 95-97?

also what @AKsavanaman mentioned, I honestly can't see the shackles from your pic, do you have them or is the leaf bolted directly to the frame in the rear?

Yeah, you're shackles should be at 35-45* angle in comparison to the frame, not up and down... that's 2" right there. I would try to put some pressure on them in order to get them to angle correctly, maybe some weight in the back for a day or two... rubber mallet to get them started, with everything new and tight... it may need some persuasion ;)

Yup. Good advice. I would put 2-300 pounds in the bed and drive it for a week or so. Take your measurements before you do anything, though.

We have some heavy stuff at work I could easily put a thousand pounds back there with a forklift and see what happens

Well, you wouldn't want them flipping the opposite direction on accident. With the wheels on the ground I would use a piece of 2x4 and a rubber mallet and see if you can't get at least a slight rear angle out of the shackles... they may even just fall into the right place once you get them going that way. You could also lift the truck back up and pry with something as you lower the truck back down to see if you can get the shackles to lay down a bit.
