I believe 75 ft/lb is spec and mine were between 35 and 45 ft/lb. I recommend checking when you have time.

California requires a certain sticker on intakes to be smog compliant. Basically, did the company pay California for the privilege of selling their intakes. A lot of them do though. If you’re is illegal you can’t pass smog and might get fined.

I’d like to see a pic of your tailgate inserts if you don’t mind. I have a MGM truck as well and I want to see how the black letters look. I’m thinking black or carbon fiber for mine. I was looking at that same spare tire carrier but then I decided on a tonneau cover. Have to come up with a different solution.

How did you mount the handgun? Looks to be the same size as my XDS mod 2. Cool idea

My wife backed into a mailbox last night with my Taco...I was in the passenger seat...I was mad to say the least, especially since I have a backup camera SMH! It put a crease line in the tailgate. I filed a claim with the insurance co. for my $250 deductible, but I really don't want to claim it because I don't want our insurance to go up! I'm torn...It's 3 months old & only has 5K miles. My appt isn't until June 1st so I have time to see if I can have someone see if it will cost the same to do it without the insurance. Hopefully they can just do a paint less dent removal & buff it???:frusty:

Paintless probably won't work with a crease. It would cost a lot more than $250. Just depends on if you want to put up with the crease or put up with the higher rates.

285/75/r16 Nitto Trail Grappler M/T’s, Extang 2.0 hard tonneau tri-fold. Billstein 5100’s front/rear with OME 886 coils and Headstrong off-road 3 leaf progressive AAL. All speakers replaced with Kicker CS Series. BulletPoint Taco Bar with stubby CB mic holder and two-way FRS/GMRS radio holder. Uniden PRO505XL 40 ch CB. RCI engine and transmission skid plates. RCI sliders. Garmin Mini Dash Cam 2. CMC by Milogen Fabrication.
Depends on what state you live in. Here in California it used to be anything over $750 and they recently lowered it to anything over $450. I had one of the automated barricade arms come down on my front grill bezel and leave a deep gouge. The estimate I got to replace the bezel was $645 so I just cashed the check from their insurance and will live with the scratch rather than have it on the Carfax report.

Picked up another windshield chip today. Hoping the heat will spread it far enough to replace it again. This will be the 3rd crack on my 2016. Only replaced it once because the first chip was less than 6" long. The 2nd one spread from 3" to 11" in one day.

Probably be better money wise if someone stole your tailgate before then. ;)
