I had this level kit installed about a year ago, https://www.readylift.com/3-f-2-r-sst-lift-kit-toyota-tacoma-trd-sr5-rock-warrior-2005-2018.html

Recently I've noticed quite a bit of noise coming from the back of my truck. I swear it sounds like either my bed is loose or something is loose underneath. I had the dealership check the bed of the truck which they said that everything was tight as it should be. I know one issue may be the chain for the spare tire but I don't think that it is just that. I had to add shock extensions on the rear to keep the bed from hitting the blocks after installing the level kit. Could it be due to the shock extensions and I just need to upgrade my rear shocks? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I would check the blocks, I had similar blocks I just don’t trust cast iron blocks any more!!
Regarding the noise, may not be the blocks but check.

Thats some crazy shit. Those blocks must have been made in an iron smelting plant in Taiwan where they some how had a raw iron batch made with contaminated materials such several truck loads of used tires, wheel barrows found in alley ways and an entire city's worth of old mattresses, lawn chairs and grass clippings.
