Battle Born Off Road wants to Battle

Finally heard from Babyjake16 (Battle Born Off Road) 2/2/19 after nearly two months of silence. Jake claimed their phone is on the fritz which is why one can not reach Battle Born Off Road. Oddly enough this is what Jake claimed Early December. If you are running a business I'd think that a phone is a rather important.

Two months later and I still have no parts and no proposed path towards resolution.

All Jake could tell me was that he was looking into it. I had to let Jake know that without any communications I was forced to call the credit card company. Jake then proceeded to threaten me letting me know there is nothing him or his company will do to resolve this.

Just to be clear Battle Born Off Road fails to deliver, ignores customer for 2 months, then states that they will not resolve the issue, yet still expects $1000 payment.

As far as I'm concerned Jake is simply acting as a baby.

Moving forward I want nothing to do with Battle Born off road and only want my money back.
