I don't think I've been on another forum where so many of the posts on a particular topic, in a particular topical forum, were about absolutely nothing to do with the topic.

From what I understand the mods have been trying. But when a topic on a technical thing, with a subject and OP that specifically relate to that technical topic has 2000+ pages something might be wrong.

You like Legos? My brother has thousands of them... he is 36 years old and still plays with them. I've never been a big fan... but I have been to the Lego store at the Mall of America...

Who doesn’t like LEGO? It’s a great thing to bond with your kids with. My son and I have spent countless hours building things out of them.

I can see that... I have 2 daughters, both have a few Lego sets, but neither one has ever really been interested in them... they were always more into American Girl dolls...

I love Legos. I feel it's one of the last toys available to kids these days that promotes completely in influenced creativity, which is rare for them these days. Between kid based media or the new style of toys, the days of grabbing a stick to pretend to play cops and robbers isn't really a thing anymore. Creativity really is a precursor to critical thinking later in life imo.

Stick to the 3rd Gen section and all will be well. It's the most stable, sane on-topic part of Taco World.

Look, all you have to do is report any post you don't like. That will sort things out.

Kids are grown and gone, so I don’t play with legos much anymore. Maybe again if I have grandkids.

I love the LEGO movies though. So much small details you miss the first couple of times you see them. Batman LEGO movie is really good too.
