Did Moab for a week, brought home a click in the front under twisting articulation. Seems to happen pretty consistently when there is about 3 inches difference L to R (driveway type stuff). Running this lift, 5100s set to 0: https://www.headstrongoffroad.com/store/p402/Coil/Bilstein_5100_Kit_w/_Dakars_(HS16BK-1-Dakar).html

Cab mounts have been replaced, added the sway relocation kit (thinking it was coil contact), pressure washed the suspension, lubricated pivot points....all no luck. Are there any notoriously weak bushings I should start with? I saw one post where an owner was getting clicks from his steering rack bushings when he was parked and turned the wheels. Similar sound, but mine is doing it over bumps. Next plan is to get it on jack stands, pull the wheel and use a floor jack and a block to cycle the suspension on the driver's side where it sounds like it is coming from. I will be checking the UCA / LCA bushings, sway end links, steering knuckle. Any suggestions or shared experiences appreciated.

Check the 4bolts in the cross member under rear trans mount. I picked up a click/pop noise on my second day in Moab. Checked everything I could. The only thing that could be tightened was cross member, and not by much. I was very relived that's all it was. 4 bolts, (14mm I think) takes 5-10 minutes. Worth a shot. YMMV

Thanks! I will have a look.

Figured with the lift, it wasn't an option.
