Got my projects done yesterday but paid for it with major cramps in my hamstrings
around midnight. 60 year old body doing 30 year old body projects seem to
have a compatibility issue sometimes... lol. Ouch....
That’s ok. It’s what we older fossils do.

Really want to mow the lawn and get tic control down today but not sure rain

Hmmm, I don't see it.

That thing needs a PLC touch screen. Then you only need cycle start, cycle stop, E-stop button and the rest are password protected in the touch screen.

 

I have to stretch my hamstrings daily or plantar fasciitis sets in

did you try doining the ABC,s with your feet.it stretches all the muscles and stuff in you feet.it helped mine.I sit in the recliner and do them

Actually all our newer lines are made ready with touch screens,and adjusted on the run too with them..this older equipment on my line has been here for 40 yrs,Rebuild(cams,arms, bushings, bearings etc)...and modified to run faster than designed for, it makes billions of books with minimal money except maintenance,thats why they still run it..still takes operator skill to run them and rebuild.alot of the newer stuff isnt built as solid and when parts break you have to replace the part$$ cant be rebuilt in the machine shop!these new guys usually end up on the newer stuff as the skill set is not as intense to run it!were slower than the new equipment but two 12hr shifts can still put out 110,000 hardcover books a day on a big count run,ive been begging for a new %$%#@brand trimmer but dont see it happening
