    Never we have a community pool that’s pretty sweet around the corner. Only upside of our HOA it’s cleaned 3x a week.
    Here’s our old place it’s gone way downhill since we left. Had 25 acres it was mostly wooded an had a small creek than was in the middle of it.

    Bro I was in heaven out there but had a chance for the big times for my career an we sold it. Didn’t workout I had to back in the service for involuntary recalled before my start date an couldn’t get out of it an they don’t hold jobs.

    I bought it for 160k was a widowed man down sizing. After all the work an upgrades we did I made a really nice profit when we sold it.
