Are you lugging the engine ? If you lug it in the gears and rpms arent high enough, there will be some shaking/vibrations. Otherwise No.

No. Try revving higher during acceleration, say shifting at 3000rpm.

As asked already, what RPM are you shifting at? Are you getting the shaking at the same time as you're releasing the clutch pedal, or is it after the clutch has fully engaged?

Also, "smoothing" out the clutch engagement is nice in practice but it does come at the cost of friction plate life. The truck's accumulator can make it tricky to get a smooth transition, but for me I've had luck with allowing a second or so between letting the pedal out and giving it gas again. There's a certain speed it can be done at that seems to work for me, but there's no way to explain that in words.

How many miles on truck? My 2019 has 77xx miles and at first it was clunky but now its smooth as butter. Guess i just had to wear it out a little.

Are you talking about shacking up with a transgender person named "Manuel"? If so, you spelled "Manuel" wrong...

    Ah...you mean "shaking"!

I have a TRD Sport and I find under hard acceleration there is a lot of drive train vibration and it feels like the clutch slips. Everything has to be slow and deliberate with this truck in order to get smooth shifts. Otherwise, the truck feels rough and shakey like you described.

My understanding is that there is an ECM update that fixes a lot of the surging/stumbling issue. I have the same issue and I'm hoping they'll handle it next week.

I just bought my '19 TRD OR 6mt Thursday. I've only put 200 miles on it in the last couple days, but I've not noticed any of what you've described. I've even run this thing like I did my sports car I traded in for it (To MUCH slower effect) and it's just a smooth driving truck so far. My dad even went from 1st to 4th at like 20mph on accident and was like "Meh I'll take 4th I guess" and it was happy enough to accelerate from 700ish RPM. I had to scold him when he peeled out in my new truck, though.

    Mostly stuff I built.
Clutch accumulator delete, OV tune and let the engine eat on the top end. I regularly run the rpm to 4500-5500 before I shift. This engine loves to rev.
