    Morning my ATX peeps!

I think I may have actually talked my wife into getting out of the Prius and into a Camry Hybrid (because she still has to "be green").

She's already got me thinking that I need to follow @jmdaniel's lead and switch to a Tundra...but I'll give it a few years yet. As least I know my trade will be better than my friend's Colorado.

One day I would like to get a TRD Pro Tundy but I will wait a few years also and then buy one 2-3 years old with low mileage. That's the game plan at least. Then trailer the Taco :D

The only thing I don't like about my Tundy is washing that beast. Did it yesterday, as the rain took a 1-2 day break, and it's a freaking JOB...

Nope, because we want to own something from a company that will still be in business in 5 years. Elon hasn't proven his experiment yet, and won't shut up long enough for it to become profitable.

You can get a Camry hybrid with all the goodies of an Avalon minus the V6 for a really good price if you look. They’re super nice cars on the inside especially if you package it right

She's going to want the LX because it's A) cheaper, and B) has bigger empeegees. I want her in the SE at a minimum, XLE preferred.

Me? I start at Tundra Platinum/GMC Sierra SLT. Hopefully, this is actually forestalling any efforts replacing the Tacoma because I don't want to got out of the taco just yet. I love driving it, it's still super useful with the 6' bed, and it looks fantastic. I don't find the Tundras/Sierras as good-looking as the Tacomas, and they take up so much more room on the skinny streets I drive.

Yeah sometimes more vehicle is too much and Austin isn't getting any more spacious, I do miss having a smaller vehicle to whip around town in but I have no speeding tix since I went to the Taco :anonymous:

yeah it's starting to look like a 3rd world country down by the shelter, it's kinda depressing to see the town like that. :(

Flying out to Austin for a few days this weekend. Any particular breweries/restaurant I should visit? I like hole in the wall places.

We are staying in the Chestnut area (near east/central Austin as far as I can tell)

Trying to Uber everywhere so needs to be semi close I guess.

    Thanks in advance!
