I’m thinking about moving to Vegas in the next year or so and I’m looking for a recommendation on sound deadening I have some nioco currently that I ordered but I trying to figure out if the extreme heat will melt the glue and allow it to run or soften enough to make the deadening peel off or slide down. Anyone have any suggestions or know if this is something i need to worry about? Thanks

HushMat.... temp rating -30-500 degrees Fahrenheit.

Only sound deadener with a vehicle fire safety rating.

    Made in the US...

Soundskin is junk, they did a great job using 12v industry "influencers" to market the product...

Stinger Roadkill and Dynamat are ok quality chinese sourced deadeners...

The guys on Five Star Car Stereo YouTube have had a piece on Stinger Roadkill and dynamat extreme stuck on the outside wall of their shop for several years now. It sits in the sun and rain and all the weather. They’re in Clearwater FL which doesn’t get as hot as Vegas, but still gets pretty dang hot.

No matter what you go with, make sure the metal you’re sticking to is clean. Good ol rubbing alcohol on an old rag does the trick well. You want the cloth to have some texture to get off any dirt and grime so don’t just use a soft paper towel
