vibration when down shift from 30mph

    2016 Tacoma TRD of road
    Hi, I have a 2016 TRD OFF ROAD when im coming from a 30mph stop the truck brake paddle vibrate and the last 3 gears it down shift like is in sport mode and some time down shit hard especially in a cold weather now I took it to the dealer and the dealer tells me that there is nothing wrong with the truck the only thin they did the transmission up date but that didn't fix the problem so I took it back I told them to check the transmission fluid but they said it was fine?!!! I just dont know why it down shift like that? any help will be appreciated Thank you.
