so i had a friend look at my truck and he couldn't see anything that could be causing my truck to run like shit. i took it to aamco and had them use their scanner or whatever its called and they told me that the computers couldn't communicate. what should i check on the maf wiring? and what should i clean it with?

take the engine cover off and see if the maf may be unplugged.....and if its not, unscrew and unplug it and clean it with some electronics cleaner. let it dry for a few minutes, then reinstall.
