I have a 2019 4x2 SR5 V6 with approximately 4500 miles. I installed a 3 inch front lift and 1 inch rear block (typical strut spacer kit and lift block) and put the 285/70R17 KO2s on the TRD rims from my 1st gen (5K miles on tires at time) on the truck. Instantly, there was a pretty harsh vibration from about 19-25 MPH when accelerating and decelerating that was not present on the 120k mile first gen. I've determined its not the carrier bearing, pinion angle, everything is torqued properly and my local alignment shop told me that the vibration is coming from the tires. It did not really get better with a balance and alignment, but I'd love to know if anyone has the same issue and/or has fixed it. I've tried rotating the tires and I run them at 32-34 psi. I have friends with KO2s on their third gens with the same rims and leveling kits but they do not have this vibration. Help Please <3! :(

    ...stuff
KO2s can be a bitch to balance depending on the batch yours came from. Possible ECGS bearing too. Try rotating tires and seeing if that changes anything. If you say all tires are good but the tire shop is saying it’s the tires... move the problem tire and see if the vibration moves.

19 to 25mph vibrations are not tires. Tires are usually 55 to 65mph It's your driveshaft angle . 3 degree shims should help. Does it disappear when 4wd is engaged ? If yes it's time for ecgs bushings

I tried some carrier bearing spacers but no cigar. My local shop whom I trust very much said tires as well as the alignment shop

I had the same issue with stock TRD wheels on my 2018 4Runner. Nitto Terra Grapplers 275/70/17 shop aligned three times, vibrations still present. The fix was
balancing the wheel and then mounting the tire to it. (Indexing tire to wheel). All good now.
