Im sure thisnquestion gets asked daily ...but ...whatever...
    I have 17" method con6 rims with
    275/70/17 ko2's

I have had issues from day 1.
I have had my sh%t balanced like 5 times everything from balance beads to you name it. They just cant get it 100.
I still have some steering vibes and shutter when braking at high speeds.

Im considering just saying f@$k it and getting a new set of cheaper rims and another set of tires.
What tires would u guys recommend for a daily driver ...something good in the rain with some off road weekend warrior stuff. Nothing to serious ....i have an atv for that.
I prefer an aggressive AT tire.
    Suggestions?
    Thanks

What’s your PSi? I have the same tire size and found that anything above 38 PSi will be a bouncy ride. During summer I get 40 PSi sometimes and it gets pretty bouncy. Mine are e rated too.

    I run around 34 ....
I had a fucked up alignment and drove it for about 10,000 miles....
I have a fear perhaps damage has been done.

I personally would recommend some nice cooper stt pros or cooper st maxx, or if those are too aggressive for your style there's always falken atw, I run those atm, very smooth, but some people do have issues with them so there's also that to consider.

You'll hear Falkens over and over again but don't sleep on the General Grabber ATX. If its just weekend warrior stuff you do, get a SL tire.

Hmm, if you drove it on a bad alignment for 10k miles you may have unevenly worn them down. Mine aren’t a perfect smooth ride, they’re a bigger tire and a heavy one at that but it isn’t something that’s unbearable. I think you may have just unevenly worn them down by a small amount and at high speeds is causing an uneven ride. I keep mine at 34 for a cold morning, and with the heat of the day it’ll increase from 38-42 depending how hot it is.

If that's what it is starting off at on cold psi.... after driving for a bit and getting them warmed up, pressure will be around 38. Try taking it down to 31or 32 psi cold.

Cooper at3. Its quiet, wears well, and it impressed me in rain and snow. It doesn’t have that aggressive shoulder though, so I went with the stt Pro. Sometimes wish I stayed with the at3, but my inner bro flat out refused to be seen driving anything less than the stt Pro. I used to swear by ko2’s. I even have a fresh set on my ‘01. But I’ll never buy bfg again.

Stock suspension?? If so, those tires are too big and WILL rub. (unless the wheels really take them out of the wells.) My Ko2's were great but rubbed a little at 265/70/17.

Yes, Ko2's are famous for being difficult to balance. My guys at DT got them right every time.

My dealer provides FREE tire replacement.
Not joking, no hidden agenda, no tricks, no question asked - just free tires when needed**. If you choose to upgrade the brand or change from the stock size, then you pay the difference only (no refund if your choice cost less).
My point is: I have been wanting to change size and looks; but there is no way I'm going to do that early and pass up the opportunity to get them free (maybe a slight cost difference).
These damn stock Hankook Dynapros P245/75R16 have been incredible and it pisses me off!
These guys just won't wear out, they never slip on wet pavement, are quiet on the highway, are supple over bumps, maintain their pressure, never get too hot, have handled the loads I've carried, etc., etc., etc. Really great tires all around (for Georgia - so I have no idea what they are like in the snow) but I don't like the looks and I want better off-road capability.
Remember - you asked for good daily driver type tires. Look hard at these stock ones.

**(The only one the dealer turned away was a bozo who would do donuts in a parking lot just to destroy the tread. After the 3rd set of tires in a year, they refused him any more.)
