Is it a T5, AWD, and manual?

I'm still fairly pleased with my S40 in that configuration.

Although, I'm starting to get the inch to mod it, and I don't want to go down that rabbit hole on another vehicle. :anonymous:

Ive been shopping for this car for quite a while and unfortunately I had to settle for an automatic since there are only 2 manuals that I’ve found. 1 in Virginia and 1 in Washington. Yes it’s a 2007 T5 AWD. Very happy with it and it’s only day 1. The K16 turbo kit looks very tempting.

The gas mileage isn't as good, buy hey, 5 cylinder turbo.

Yeah, don't think they were as common in the V50s.

Mine already has a couple Elevate parts on it, don't think I want to drop that much coin for a turbo swap, but it would make for quite the sleeper. I think I would start with suspension and handling, and I've also read a little on a haldex swap to get full-time awd. Still trying not to touch it as I know it's a very slippery slope.

Honestly it's almost as fun as my much newer WRX was, and 1/5 the price. Definitely an underrated car. Hope you enjoy yours!

Being able to park the Taco and further mod it was my goal but it’s gonna be hard not to throw some parts at the Volvo. A stock looking grocery getter pushing close to 400hp though... :burnrubber:

REI anniversary sale starts on Friday. Garmin inreach explorer+ and mini will be $50 off. Does anybody have one? If so which model should I go with. Leaning towards the mini but still up in the air. @ramonortiz55 any thoughts?

That would be my guess, either it was sitting on top of the ball or wedged between the latch and ball so it seemed secure but a bump dislodged it and it popped up. I doubt U-Haul will own up to it though. "It was latched when he left..."

I have an older inReach, and have partners with both the Explorer+ and Mini’s. I’m going to upgrade to a Mini, but most of my adventuring is on foot, and I’ll already have my phone and/or paper map with me, so I don’t feel the need to navigate directly on the device, or type out messages on the device (I’ll just do these from the app on my phone).

oh well, shit happens. It turns out my buddy has an extra tailgate that he'd be willing to sell me. I'll probably end up picking it up and wrapping it
