    Anyone ever have this?
    Two different incidents.

I was sleeping got up and walked and what felt like my left knee fell out of it socket. I walked after and was a lil pain for a week in the knee. It never happened again after that.

Samething for my left shoulder at the joint felt like it fell out of the socket. Like it just dropped. This happened like 6 yrs from the knee. Different times. It was just a small pain in the socket part. Any ideal on what to do or eat?mahalo

Had both knee and shoulder freakout more than once. But I crashed on motorcycles when I was younger. Now 55 and have pains everyday. Warm shower each morning, and a few stretches help me out. Good luck.

I think you should see a doctor. Joint paint (especially in your knees) is nothing to take lightly and getting it professionally dealt with when you're young is better than having to live with the repercussions of not taking care of it when you're old.

I think it is worth it. After all, the absence of pain does not mean that the disease has passed.

Not a doctor, but I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express 2 years ago.

    Seriously, see a doctor.

Rest assured they did not 'fall out of joint'.

For a healthy person a dislocation of the knee will have you on the ground and both the knee and shoulder will have you in serious pain. And neither your leg or arm will work right for weeks after, even with therapy.
