Thanks man. She doesn't seem to be bothered by it but any surgery/general anesthesia on a 13 year old Golden is risky. I don't have children but she's my kid.

Was there on business the last week of January. Went to the Guinness Museum and a cool pub in Dublin on my last day there. Hung out with two women at the bar and they bought me some Bushmills Black Bush Irish whiskey. One of them even walked me to the train station after. They are very hospitable there.

 

I cook it between chewy and crispy, But more on the chewy side.

 

Thats correct. Guinness is totally different /better there.
