    TY...that is exactly the grease gun I have and it does indeed work very well, I use it on my riding mower

    I would use it on your truck if you have the zerks on the u joints don't count on the dealer or oil change places to do it

    Unfortunately, from a few recent posts from guys on here about oil changes, its hard to count on the dealer to do even that without screwing something up these days.

    no they don't even have greasing equipment, I don't know what their reasoning for not having any

    I also have a 17 TRD OR The dealership service dept told me that they DO NOT grease the zerk fittings during a service. On the 17 the fittings are only on the front drive line. Normal grease gun works fine but I found I had to take this shield off to get to the rear zerk. Pretty obvious and simple to do. Service should do this for you but they apparently don't. I would recommend doing it on at least an annual basis.

    No one knows if we need to grease other parts such as tie rods ends, control arm bushing and ball joints?
