    Zac,

Can you do me a favor and ship the 3 bad wheels back to us? I emailed the return labels on April 9th. I send you a PM a couple of days ago to remind you, but I didn't get any response back. Let me know if there's any issues.

    Thanks
    Vin

Yup! Figured i may as well right! The trailer wheels needed to be painted anyway, so i found that color at walmart, started with a grey primer...

Moved to a light black coat, and then a light blurple coat. Had to touch out a couple spots but it turned out pretty good.

I had originally done just the grey primer and then a couple heavy coats of the blue, but it turned out too bright, and some of the paint was messed up.

Yeah i sent them back. I was really debating on paying for them to go on the trailer but i felt pressured to send them back. I replied to your PM.

As you can see i resorted to painting the wheels i currently have...

    Getting some electrical done...

Now have AC outlets inside the cabin. DC is also powered so I can run lights, the radio, and USB outlets.

Still need solar panels, charge controller, and 100ah battery.

    DIY buss bar...
    20190425_123750.jpg
I fully reccomend a PD4045 electrical panel to anyone building a trailer and wants to run AC & DC power.
    20190426_110314.jpg
Its important to know that you need 3 grounds for this unit. 1 gound goes to the neg battery terminal in the unit, 1 ground goes to the neg terminal on your battery, and the last ground is for your buss bar to ground all your 12v electronics.

Just ordered solar for the trailer.

    • 1 100w flexible mono solar panel that i plan to mount on the rear hatch.
    • 1 100w aluminum frame solar panel to place away from the trailer in the sun
    • 1 cheap charge controller (we will see how long it lasts)
    • 1 100ah 12v UB group 27 sealed lead acid battery
    • 1 set of dual panel hookups
    • 1 set of 15ft extension solar power cables
    Less than $400!

After this i think that should be everything i need for electrical and should be ready to install cabinets!

Awesome. I love having so solar on mine. I've got 50 feet of cable for my portable panels and have been in a few places where even that's not far enough away to get sunshine, but every little bit helps.

Good to know! I should probably go with 50 ft also. Cable management should be fun with 10ga wire...

Finally got a battery!! And it barely fits!!

This one is 100ah, we will see how well it works with all the stuff I'm running.

Solar panels and homemade cables are coming soon!

So electrical is pretty much done. Battery shutoff switch installed, solar panel mounted, solar charge controller installed, 20ft solar extension cables made, charge controller for AC power hooked up to the battery. 30amp shore power hookups, power inverter working to run 12v while plugged in, 120v AC power strip with USB ports installed in the cabin.

Everything will get buttoned up once the final cabinets and stuff is made/installed. I'm sure I will think of something else to do. Like an amp load display so I can see how many amps I'm pulling at any time.

I also have a 2nd flexible 100w solar panel that I plan to set out in the sun. Once I get the rear hatch reskined with an aluminum panel I may mount the flexible panel on the hatch and then set out the framed panel. (Had one purchased but it burnt up in the fire at my parents house) Will probably work better when trying to lean it against something.
