Yes. Shifter takes fingers to move, real smooth. I just turned 300 miles on it today.

Huh. Mine takes some force, and will sometimes fight me. I just past 1600 miles, hasn't changed
I'll add it to my list of things to bitch to the service department about ;)
Anyway congrats on the new truck!
    +1 for being in AK

    Put a X2 Northstar 27F battery in.

Installed the SOS Concepts Rock Sliders. I noticed the addition of plastic guards that cover access to the boxed section of the frame. Installation was easy enough.

Did you replace the battery tray with a 2nd gen tray? I've read the 27F doesn't fit quite right in the tray.. How far does it overhang? Does it sit crooked at all? Glad to hear you're enjoying the truck and thank you for your service!

Went on a SAR case that turned into a Medivac. Launched @830pm picked up survivors from ADAK, AK, then took our tired behinds back home. Landed @5am. Saw the Sun fall and rise in one mission. Great feeling to unite people with their loved ones. It's well worth the lost sleep.

You can put it on the tray but it doesn't fit. 2nd Gen try is better, and way cheaper than a metal one.

Yeah. I got the 27f tray from the 2nd gen. Shit was still 30$ for some flimsy plastic. Should of 3d printed it. My print base isnt big enough tho lol

Installed my 6112/5160 lift! Rears leads are the OME medium Duty springs by OME. JBA UCAs. While I was doing the lift, I also did the ECGS bushing install.
The install took me about 12 hours. Longest part was modifying the Bushing removal tool. It would not fit behind the needle bearing, so it was a lot of grinding test fit and grinding. Also, the ECGS bushing didn't go in flush, it stuck out maybe 1/16th of a inch, so I kept hammering it in and it didnt go further than that. I did not change out the CV axle seal, guess we will see if it leaks. I drained and refilled the diff with 75w 90 synthetic. The lift was a lot of work and I'm tired lol. Crawling on the ground and running around takes a lot out of you. The base hobby shop only charged me 80$ and they had all the tools necessary to complete the job. Drove it locally and don't feel any vibrations or anything. Feels good. Like I said, I will see if I have any leaks when it sits.
