Did them for lunch today also.20190407_133322.jpg
Sausage and the one I added jalapeno. The egg muffin griddle worked good to make them.

Nice. Gonna build. Something this spring for mine. Thinking of using cedar and building a charcoal cabinet on the side..... And now.. A place to hold the pizza stuff

got some overnight dough going. My other batch I had a ways back got ruined. I Had it on the toaster oven for proofing and my wife decided to use it for toast. I didnt check the settings and I turned it back on. i tried to salvage it but it was dense and had no flavor. Hopefully this stuff works.

pizza dough was a bust...I didnt like the consistency from the recipe I used. It was too dense and chewy.

I didn’t get a picture but last night we had a Chicken, Bacon, Ranch Flatbread pizza from Sams club. It was with all their take and bake pizzas. It was pretty good. Crust came out nice and crunchy, the meats were all good. It comes two in the pack and we put some BBQ sauce on one of them. Would definitely buy it again.

we went yesterday, their breadsticks werent as fresh as usual but still good. So I made my own yesterday evening. That recipe is rather easy and seems to work good with AP flour. Im going to try bread flour next. I did have to put it on broil for a few minutes to brown the tops as the 12 minutes wasnt enough in my oven.

Last nights quick dinner. Dough was from a tube, but still good. Kids dressed their own with sauce cheese and pepp. Wife dressed hers the same but added jalapeno juice for flavor. I put sauce on and then minced garlic cheese pepp and hot banana peppers.mine was good and then I chased it down with a Redds Peach ale.20190503_180308.jpg 20190503_180444.jpg

Did a couple pies on the smoker at high heat so it’s more like wood fired. This one is just cubed ham. Did another in pepperoni. This one is lighter since I didn’t brush the crust.

Is that the digarno or however it’s spelled? I was born in Detroit and raised in the burbs and didn’t know we had our own version of pizza till a few years ago.
