Sounds like a great idea for the next Meso mod?

Wait until my custom ones come in! :)

This Saturday I installed King 2.5 EXT's, SPC UCA's and Deaver leaf pack (U402). I got the TRD Pro wheels from another Tacomaworlder a week ago and my 255/85 16 Cooper ST Maxx came in yesterday, so I got them mounted and balanced today. We got the alignment pretty close, but taking it to a solid local shop on Wednesday (soonest I could get an appointment). Pretty happy so far. Side note, let me know if this picture works. It’s the circuit board that would need to be redone. you can probably pull the square “button and rotate but the board will stay the same. I found it annoying at first but it does match the radio controls so just getting used to it

Since I had the console out I went and grabbed my shapeway switch panels to see what I have to remove. Also realized they weren’t painted so decided that needs to be done first. @MESO you paint your 3d parts with what again (brand)? I’m going to need these things to match up if you don’t mind

It goes against all that is holy and right in the world. Volume should be "increased" and "decreased" aka up/down. Tracks are moved forward and reversed aka forward/backwards.

...just saying, Toyota brains got together to specifically think of ways to annoy Americans. :burp:

Hmmm. So you took the grill from an SR and added to a TRD? I got the impression the “rule” is to get OEM parts from a “higher” model such as the Limited or Pro to put on the TRD. Interesting

I have a sport with the sr grill and bezel. I actually like this grill over all the rest

    All good here thanks.

Yeah it’s personal preference. I prefer using OEM parts and like the SR or Pro grille on the 3rd gen’s. I added the Pro Grille to the ‘19 off-road.

Here’s a local thread you can check out

Nope, gonna disagree with this. When driving red-neck style (which is 99.9% of the time), my left elbow is on the door and left hand is steering. It’s way too easy to use the same hand to fidget with the radio, so I don’t drop my drink/vape/wallet/better half/money out of my right hand.

Added new Alla fog bulbs. Bought on Amazon for $20. Love the look it gives the truck at night.

Quick and simple... swapped the grille insert for a Pro knockoff off of eBay. Much better look.IMG_3096.jpgIMG_3098.jpg
