Good Morning all! :rain::rain::rain: and more :rain::rain::rain:

3 inches overnight and it's still coming down hard. That makes over a foot of rain so far this month and more in the forecast pretty much every day for the next week or longer. Good thing I know how to swim.:annoyed:

Flash flood watches and warnings, flood warnings, creeks and rivers out of their banks all over this part of the country. Not to mention the tornadoes. Very few of the farmers around here have been able to get much planting done.

When I moved I worked for a company in Rockville Md. The crew down there would put bags of UTZ in the boxes when I would order parts.
now I can get them up here.

    Ah, tinnitus, my old friend!

I don't think I even knew about "hearing protection" until I was well into my 20's. As a teen I'd run chainsaw, shoot shitloads of rabbits, hunt big game with a 30.06, what the hell is hearing protection?

Hey man, I asked a fair question, could you SPEAK UP?

    ..oo00(damn kids, always mumbling...)

I could have used another week off. A couple guys said they were suprised I came in yesterday. I should have taken till Thursday off.

The non-amphibious underwater vehicle is slowly making it's reappearance.

    20190521_110621.jpg

I had my binoculars out today. I can see the roof, roll bar and a light bar on top of it. So everyday this weekend I'll be taking a picture. My coworker pointed out that someone may have to float out on a boat.or kayak and put a cone on top of it so nobody hits it with their watercraft. That would suck. How do you explain that to your insurance company. "I hit a submerged truck". "Uh, sir, how much have you had to drink?"...." no, really! There's a truck underwater! You gotta believe me!"
