I'll be doing my lift this weekend (3" OME and Bilstein with TC UCA's).

Should I be looking for anything while I have the truck apart?

Check for wear on tie rods, now is the time to replace since you'll need an alignment anyhow. Also check sway bar bushings and links if you plan on keeping it. Make sure to take apart your LCA cam bolts and anti-seize them.
