Stainless Steel Exhaust Tip Cleaning

    I've got a stainless steel exhaust tip on my 2016 Tacoma. After a long Pennsylvania winter it looks pretty nasty, specifically like almost hardened exhaust, like burn marks on the bottom half of the exhaust tip. Can anyone recommend anything to remove them?

    I use WD-40 and a bunch of elbow grease on my car. Dont bother cleaning the one on my truck :D
