Let me start by saying I've had high blood pressure for many years. I'm 6'2 and currently weigh 235. I know I should weigh 185. I had been taking 4 different types of BP medicine. Even with all of the medicine, my BP had been averaging 135/95.

So I bought the Tacoma at the beginning of April. I need it to take care of several house and yard projects that have accumulated over the years. Interestingly, the Tacoma has become a project by itself since it needs an amount of restoration work. Bottom line, I'm getting a lot done with the Tacoma.

Now here's the kick. Since the Tacoma came along, my BP has been dropping. So much so that I was able to stop taking (per Dr. agreement) one type of med. If I keep trending in this direction, definitely more meds may be on the way out. Recent checks at home and at the Dr. are now showing 118/78. I haven't felt this good in years.

I hope other people can use their Tacomas to get out of the house/office to get exercise while accomplishing a bunch of home and garage projects that reduce stress, increase satisfaction, and to improve/lower their blood pressure.

I have had my Tacoma for almost 5 months. I've gone more places in the past few months that I have in a matter of years with my little Civic cursing around. Meaning of life and mental health has definitely gone up 10 fold, with the exception of the occasional repair and what not.

my Tacoma has caused me undo stress and whatnot for six months now, I have had it for a very long time, almost half my life now and it is killing me (slowly) lately :(
i had seen a new Dr. for abdomen issues and had a colonoscopy to check it all out, nothing out of the ordinary was found
but he did say i had the elevated blood pressure and probably prescribed me something at some point, i forgot already...

so its Tacoma for the poor health in my case :bananadead:
