Just got this finished, painted, and installed. Built for my '96 5 lug Taco. Never seen a 5 lug with a headache rack before, and sure comes in handy with the kind of stuff I haul.

Weighs @ 60 lbs. 3/16" angle iron full length bed rails, side uprights are 1/4" wall, rest is 1/8". Have 2 led pod lights (960 lumens) that will be installed in the pockets on the side of the expanded metal, and wired into the cab to a switch.

    Who's the rig welder?
Rack looks useful, I know I could've used one for 24 ft ext ladder I had to haul for a job

That's kinda what started this whole thing lol. Bought a 30 ft ext. ladder for $15 at an auction. Couldn't pass it up, but it was fun to haul without the rack. This will make life easier.

That's a friend of mine....he works in a big industrial fab shop, and has the SA-200 on the trailer for jobs he does on his own on weekends and such. Builds corrals, fences, gates, anything really. Cool guy, very very knowledgeable when it comes to welding.
